This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Olivia & Rose Toronto, operated by Nienanie, a business registered in the Netherlands, serving customers exclusively in Canada.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Not be marked as final sale

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@oliviarose-toronto.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. As an international retailer, return addresses may be located outside of Canada. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected by your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
